Support Package or One-Time Call?
What is the difference between a one-time call and doing a full support package? How can you know what is best for you?
A one-time call is perfect for getting clarification on a few things, answering a few questions, or getting information on a schedule I recommend for any given age. Sometimes a one-time call is absolutely the answer. If a problem can be solved with a one-time call, it doesn’t need a full support package.
A full support package is great for solving chronic, bigger sleep problems that may have been persistent for a long time. When you have a support package, we troubleshoot as we go and make adjustments that end up making all the difference. Being able to text me during bedtime and ask a quick question may be the difference between seeing the results you want vs not. A full support package comes with a consultation where I teach you everything about your child’s sleep, and then we make adjustments as needed. When we make adjustments, I’ll give you the “why” behind my choice, so that you can make the choice yourself the next time.
At the end of a support package, I want you armed with the information and confidence to make sleep decisions going forward. That’s the ultimate goal- to educate you so you have the knowledge to make day to day decisions- “she missed a nap, now what?”; “should we do an early bedtime tonight?”; “we’re going to be up late tomorrow, I’m not going to wake her from this nap early.”
If you’re feeling overwhelmed and don’t want to do it alone, let’s schedule a call! We can have a quick chat to see if my services are right for you, a once time troubleshooting call, or a full consultation with support. Click over to my “Work With Me” page for more information.
